Facilities

The Don A. Williams School of Education and Exercise and Sport Science offers students comfortable, modern amenities that serve to enrich their education while improving the quality of their time spent on campus.

All Wayland students are welcome to work out, play a game of pool or basketball, or just hang out in the Pete and Nelda Laney Student Activities Center, WBU's newest academic structure on campus. The Laney center is also home to the School of Education's Department of Exercise and Sport Science.

Every EXSS class meets in one of the Laney center's spacious classrooms, which provide access to new and fresh technologies while maintaining the individualized learning environment that sets Wayland apart.

Education classes meet in the recently-renovated classrooms of Wayland's Van Howeling education complex, where education majors also enjoy convenient access to student computer labs.
